DOM. Document Object Model. Although Microsoft
and Netscape have their own variations on this theme, you can still design
great sites that are compatible with both. They both promise to support
the same DOM in their new versions.
CSS. Cascading Style Sheets. Not sure
if this actually counts as a language, but it is a new type of technology.
Eventually all web pages have to use CSS or be unviewable.
ASP. Active server pages. This is the server side scripting
language I use for all of my websites.
Spoken
Spanish. I speak Spanish very fluently. Was able to test out
400 level Spanish in college, thereby fullfilling my language
requirement.
Arabic. i speak Arabic more fluently than Spanish, as this was
my first language. Very proficient in Arabic, and can even speak and
understand many different dialects or variations.
English. I speak English very well and have been a writer, columnist,
and editor for quite some time. Also served as a speech writer for
various local campaigns and federal campaigns. This may be stating
the obvious, but I suppose I should.
